Terms & Conditions – Limited Supply Community

Welcome to the Limited Supply Community (the “Community”), accessible via Slack and hosted through our website at https://limitedsupply.community (“Website”). By joining, accessing, or participating in the Community, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not join or participate in the Community.

 

 

1. Community Overview

The Limited Supply Community is a private, invite-only Slack group created for the exchange of ideas, experiences, and resources among ecommerce professionals, marketers, and enthusiasts.

 

 

2. Eligibility

To join or participate in the Community, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;

  • Use your real name or a professional identity;

  • Follow all applicable laws and community guidelines.

We reserve the right to approve or reject membership applications at our discretion.

 

 

3. Code of Conduct

By joining the Community, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect and professionalism;

  • Refrain from hate speech, harassment, discriminatory language, or personal attacks;

  • Avoid spamming, self-promotion, or solicitation unless explicitly permitted;

  • Keep discussions confidential unless you have permission to share externally.

We reserve the right to remove users for violating these rules, with or without notice.

 

 

4. Slack Participation

Your access to the Slack workspace is contingent upon compliance with Slack's own Terms of Service and these Terms.

Prohibited Behavior Includes (but is not limited to):

  • Posting malicious or harmful links;

  • Sharing confidential or proprietary third-party information;

  • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation;

  • Attempting to scrape, download, or harvest member data.

 

 

5. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All original content you post (messages, files, links, etc.) remains your intellectual property.

  • By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and share that content for the purpose of operating the Community.

  • You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute other members’ content without their explicit permission.

 

 

6. Privacy & Data Collection

We may collect and store limited data about your participation in the Community, including:

  • Your name, email, and profile information;

  • Your Slack activity (e.g., messages, file uploads);

  • Technical data for analytics and security purposes.

7. Moderation & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove or restrict access to any member at any time;

  • Moderate or delete content at our discretion;

  • Shut down the Slack workspace or any related services.

You may leave the Community at any time. Upon departure, your messages may remain archived unless deletion is requested and technically feasible.

 

 

8. No Warranties

This Community is provided “as is” with no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or content accuracy. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on discussions in the Community.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any damages or losses arising from your participation;

  • Actions taken by other members;

  • Technical issues or data breaches beyond our reasonable control.

 

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

 

 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Community after changes take effect means you agree to the new Terms.
